Welcome to Walkyria

The adventure began in 2012 with my departure from Portugal, seeking new professional opportunities and to challenge myself as woman in the Arab world, Bahrain.
Later, in 2015, a new leap in this experience moved me to Madrid, Spain, land of the Spaniards or as in Portugal we call “nuestros hermanos”.

This is the chapter that changed my life: it was wonderful, I became a mother for the first time; and painful, I lost my job. Becoming a mother made me suddenly unfit for my job?

Tears wiped, I turned this into an opportunity and got the courage of moving forward with a fashion project that I felt in love with. I have created Walkyria and have brought to life the thousand and one ideas that were bubbling in my head. An illusion, a dream!

Walkyria born with a concept of a cosmopolitan fashion brand with a strong, original and creative identity, unique and versatile designs inspired in real world female warriors.

From woman to woman.

Walkyria is based on femininity and strong values that ​​define the meaning of women.
I believe in all kind of women thoughts, and this is possible to appreciate in Walkyria’s pieces. They are designed to break and exceeds expectations.
Walkyria products are unique avant-garde and functional designs, with intense and appealing colours, timeless and unlikely combinations.
Each piece or collection always tells a story and it is a demonstration of a new world. A world that predictably addresses today's women: strength, courage, survival, beauty, confidence and value. Walkyria aims to maintain and emphasize the natural beauty, femininity and personality of each woman. 
I want each piece to offer more than just a fashion accessory but a demonstration of women's empowerment.
